Returns and Refunds Policy:
If you need to return an item, simply let us know with a clear statement via email at Petpopshop@yahoo.com. Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund within 20 days. The refund will be issued using a payment method that ensures the funds are credited back to you without any additional fees. Yes, sale items can also be refunded.
Return Conditions:
To ensure your return is eligible, please make sure that:
- The product is unused and undamaged.
- The product is in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, the following products cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items that are perishable or have expired.
- Products that are non-returnable for hygiene and sanitary reasons if opened after delivery.
- Products that, by nature, become inseparable from other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products do not meet the conditions above.
If you received the wrong size or a product with customization errors, please contact us to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization number.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned items and confirm they are in their original condition, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund process may take several days depending on your payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inform us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or a refund and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
